Peripartum Pelvic Health – pregnancy and postpartum care and wellness, birth prep, pelvic floor dysfunction, urinary incontinence (peeing your pants unexpectedly), pelvic pain (while playing with your kids, with sex, etc.), pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis recti, pregnancy/postpartum related pain/instability
Pediatrics - developmental delay, any concerns about keeping up with “milestones,” neck tightness, flat head syndrome, and all congenital diagnoses such as Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, club foot, etc. We focus on neuromotor development from birth with creative interventions and lots of parent education. We also like to be creative with our frequency of appointments to make sure we’re addressing your child’s specific needs. Office, home/community, and aquatic therapy visits are available. Intensive therapy options are offered, pending availability of scheduling.

Do I need a referral?
Maryland has complete direct access for physical therapy, meaning that you are not required to have a referral prior to receiving a physical therapy evaluation or treatment.
What should I expect during my visit?
You should expect kind, courteous, and respectful attention to your concerns and a sense of partnership in your care or the care of your child. You should expect to feel informed and educated on options for treatment according to your goals. You should expect to be treated with respect.
You should expect to feel fully in control of yours or your child’s care with guidance provided by the therapist.
All visits are one on one.
How long are appointments?
Evaluations are 90 minutes and follow up sessions are approximately 55 minutes. Aquatic therapy sessions are approximately 45 minutes.
